Payment pathways

Evergreen reviews Private Pay, Long-Term Care Insurance, and Medicaid waiver programs including CADI, Brain Injury (BI), and Elderly Waiver (EW) referrals when eligibility, authorization, service capability and placement fit requirements are met.
